We are seeking highly motivated individuals with experience in wilderness guiding, flora/fauna interpretation, wildlife viewing, and small boat operation. The ideal candidate will have wilderness/wildlife viewing guiding experience on the BC coast and a desire to become a key part of our team in delivering a world-class guest experience.

Primary Duties:

· Ensure the safety of guests at all times by exercising proper risk management.

· Make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Be attentive to guest needs and requests.

· Operate small zodiacs with 6hp motors. You must be able to lift and move the zodiacs and motors.

· Help with any tasks such as trail work, cleaning or equipment maintenance.

Training:

There will be extensive training throughout the month of July that includes marine operations, bear safety, wilderness first aid and more. The ideal candidate would have their (SVOP) and experience on the water, but it is not required.

Compensation:

Daily Rate based on skills and experience, included in tip pool.

Employment Duration:

Start date July 1st for a month of paid training and preparation for the season. Tour season starts July 31stand ends mid-October.
