Spectrum Health Care and Seniors for Seniors is one of Ontario’s largest providers of home support, nursing, senior companionship and special services. We are hiring a Business Development Representative to support our Wellington service area including: Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph.

Job Description


To be successful in this job, you will:

  • Drive new client referrals and new business opportunities and or program opportunities within the territory through community partnerships you foster;
  • Know how and where to build win-win relationships across key markets and channels that have been identified that will help you reach stated objectives;
  • Plan, organize and participate in lead-generation activities like trade shows, community education and networking events as well as executing existing or assisting to develop local marketing campaigns;
  • Push the limits of your creativity to promote the Spectrum Health Care and Seniors for Seniors brand!

In addition, if you have 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing preferably within the Retirement home and or Seniors’ services industry and or exemplary experience in developing and managing B2B relationships within the healthcare industry, then we must talk.
