Clinical Travel Advisor – Remote
Position Overview
As a key member of the Colpitts Clinical team, the Clinical Trial Travel Coordinator will be responsible for handling reservations for patients and their caregivers traveling to medical appointments. All reservations are handled following HIPAA/GDPR and sensitive/confidential guidelines. The candidate will go through training to become GCP (Good Clinical Practice) certified after hire.
This junior level position will work closely with the entire clinical team and report to the Manager of Clinical Reservations
This is a fully remote position/ if the employee lives near the Norwood, MA headquarters then they may be at the office one day a week.
Responsibilities
- This position will require hands on training through a training program to handle travel arrangements to include:
- Air, hotel, sedan service, rental cars, ground ambulances, interpreter services, prepaid per diems and other important prepaid arrangements and special requests..

Qualifications
- Proficient Sabre GDS training and experience minimum 2 years – junior position
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Must demonstrate industry knowledge
- Must be dependable and organized
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills to handle patients travelling as well as their family members/caregivers with compassion and patience
