Job Description
We are currently seeking a full-time permanent Dispatch Manager to join our team of skilled professionals at our Brampton, ON location. The manager will be leading the team of Customer Order Fulfillment Planners.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL
- Manage, lead, and inspire a team of customer service associates who support customers with all order management responsibilities
- Perform weekly one-on-one meetings with each team member. In these meetings, performance should be discussed along with goal setting
- Complete 9-box updates, performance management, and succession planning
- Partner with the sales team (internal customers) to best serve our external customers
- Perform a statistically valid sample size of quality checks using Salesforce to ensure that team members are following best practices and providing a great customer experience
- Handle escalated customer issues promptly while providing solutions that work for the customer
- Prepare and distribute later order reports, daily target reports, inventory allocation reporting and shipment status reports
- Provide MTD and YTD reports for the sales team
- KPI reporting
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Five plus years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, construction, or similar industry preferred
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
- Minimum of undergrad degree
- Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in JD Edwards & Salesforce.com
- Conexiom knowledge is an asset
