Position Duties:
- Order entry into M2K (Sales/RMA)
- Prepare quotes and receive/check orders against quotes
- Expedite orders and return products to divisions and organize import / export paperwork
- Prepare all required shipping documentation for import/exports
- Communicate with business development managers, global sales managers, and customers to ensure customer needs are met in accordance with purchase order/verbal input
- Administrative duties including answering phones and directing calls within the department, filing, correspondence, printing, copying, etc.
- Co-ordinate all duties involved with the product repair & overhaul process for Department of National Defense (DND)
Essential Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent with 2-3 years experience in a related field of work
- Excellent PC Skills, including MS Office and knowledge of business systems.
- Knowledge of transportation of dangerous goods policies/procedures an asset
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
