Position Duties:

• Order entry into M2K (Sales/RMA)
• Prepare quotes and receive/check orders against quotes
• Expedite orders and return products to divisions and organize import / export paperwork
• Prepare all required shipping documentation for import/exports
• Communicate with business development managers, global sales managers, and customers to ensure customer needs are met in accordance with purchase order/verbal input
• Administrative duties including answering phones and directing calls within the department, filing, correspondence, printing, copying, etc.
• Co-ordinate all duties involved with the product repair & overhaul process for Department of National Defense (DND)

Essential Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent with 2-3 years experience in a related field of work
• Excellent PC Skills, including MS Office and knowledge of business systems.
• Knowledge of transportation of dangerous goods policies/procedures an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
