Commisso’s Fresh Foods has an immediate opening for a part-time Data Entry Associate.

What you’ll do:

• The Accounts Receivable function;
• The Accounts Payable function, including posting daily invoices, weekly payment cheques, and funds transfers;
• Complete journal entries;
• Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of information for reporting purposes;
• Execute file maintenance for accounting files;
• Complete other accounting/administrative duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Completion of a 2-year accounting-related diploma or have a minimum of 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience;
• Possess a solid understanding of accounting principles;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy of work;
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with an ability to meet tight deadlines;
• Effectively communicate with others in a courteous and professional manner;
• Proven to be punctual and reliable.
