What you will be doing:

You will have a key role in the marketing department as you will be responsible to help create interest and excitement for the company’s products and/or services. Your role is to attract and retain customers, as well as drive revenue. You will also oversee all the tactics used to develop and cultivate long-term customer relationships.


In your day-to-day you will be responsible to:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns and nurture streams to drive leads and the sales pipeline
  • Develop marketing messaging and articulating our business products and services
  • Carry out A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
  • Measure, monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns and programs for success
  • Produce, collaborate, and revise digital and traditional marketing pieces
  • Write, edit, and optimize content on and in all Fresche’s marketing outlets, including web copy, SEO and SEM/SEA copy, blog posts, social channels, whitepapers, case studies articles, e-books, emails, infographics, videos, podcasts, webinars, etc.
  • Maintain the editorial calendar up-to-date
  • Leverage social networks and other tools to enhance campaign performance, create and manage effective drip campaign, and nurture current prospects
  • Create corporate and customer facing materials to support all areas of the Fresche business including groups outside the marketing team
  • Develop and maintain effective teamwork with team members in order to achieve shared goals

What you should have:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in demand generation and developing winning marketing campaigns and programs - ideally in the technology sector
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, etc), of software/web applications including Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge with social media monitoring tools
  • Excellent listening and communication skills in English
  • Approach teamwork with a positive attitude
  • HubSpot, Salesforce, GoToWebinar, LinkedIn (Ads), Google (Ads) are assets
  • Eligibility to work in Canada

Given the daily interactions required with colleagues and/or clients who are mainly located outside Quebec, this role requires fluency in English.
