eLearning Developer Job at ffinity Development Group
We are looking for someone to create online training courses for our internal online training system based on the content that is provided by our training team.
Responsibilities
- Create and edit course content, including text, graphics, audio, video, and animation.
- Develop course assets, course assessments and quizzes to measure learning outcomes, and develop and maintain course templates and style guides.
- Work closely with subject matter experts and collaborate with instructional designers, and other stakeholders to verify training needs, design content, storyboard materials, and development of courses.
- Troubleshoot and debug course issues along with ensuring courses are compliant with accessibility standards.
- Work independently and manage multiple projects as they are assigned to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- 3+ years of experience developing eLearning courses
- Proficiency with Lectora, Articulate
- Knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
