Nefab Canada is seeking a highly motivated, Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Peterborough, Ontario Canada. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in mechanical engineering, and a desire to apply their knowledge in Operations, championing continuous improvement in manufacturing across the Americas Region (Canada, USA, Mexico). This includes business analysis, quality system structure and maintenance, sourcing and ensuring a strong manufacturing methodology.

Requirements:

• University degree (minimum Bachelor), in Mechanical Engineering, or a similar Engineering program
• Technical interest in and understanding of manufacturing processes and facilities
• A team player with strong collaborative and networking skills
• Strategic mindset, creative problem-solving, and analytical ability
• Self-directed with the ability to formulate activities and assess needs, while working independently to deliver results
• Great adaptability, flexibility, and mobility to travel within Nefab US locations (relocation potential available)
• Manufacturing/packaging experience is a strong asset
• International experience is a strong asset
• Spanish language skills are an asset
