The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced, highly organized, and exceptionally skilled Executive Assistant to provide unparalleled admin and logistical support to the Co-founder of our successful tech company. In this role, you will take on and oversee diverse projects, manage the Co-founder's schedule, coordinate travel arrangements, draft, and edit correspondence, manage confidential files and records, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a wide range of projects.

Personal assistance,
Business administration,
Finance/accounting,
Paralegal work,
Project/event management.
You should be resourceful, unflappable, a great and professional communicator, open-minded about change, with a drive to succeed, and be a team player.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founders’ schedule, including scheduling appointments and meetings, arranging travel, and managing daily tasks.
- Assist with the Founders’ financial management
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Liaising and working with tax Accountant
- Assist with legal matters:
- Managing legal files
- Contract review
- Liaising with outside counsel
- Manage the Founders’ properties:
- Overseeing and liaising with property management companies
- Manage renovation projects
- Coordinating seasonal schedules
- Screen phone calls and emails, respond to inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
- Manage and maintain confidential files and records
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and events
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Business Administration, Finance, Law, or Paralegal Studies)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant
- Proven experience in managing a busy executive's schedule and tasks
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and finance principles and practices
- Experience with legal research, drafting legal documents, and liaising with legal counsel
- Demonstrated experience in project and event management
- Experience in property management and coordinating with property management companies
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
- Experience working with high-profile individuals is a plus
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities and expectations
