As our innovative business continues to rapidly grow, we are seeking a full time Fish Processor at our Richmond location. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Fish Processor is responsible for processing fish. If you are able to work in a cooler, fast paced environment and work under pressure with minimal supervision, we would love to hear from you!
Duties & Responsibilities:

Cut and trim fish, also involve pin boning

Responsible for processing of orders in the processing department

Cleaning and sanitizing
-
Some other tasks required by the processing supervisor

Could involve working night shifts as well as weekends.
Requirements:

Flexible in terms of availability
-
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
-
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
-
Basic knife skills an asset
-
Comfortable working in a cooler/freezer environment
-
Reliable, hardworking, punctual, team player and committed to deliver the job.

Knowledge in seafood processing and experience is an advantage but not required.
