Job Responsibilities:
- Process payments and apply to client accounts
- Contact customers for late payments
- Send out client statements and invoices
- Manage and respond to client queries
- Reconciliations of customer statements
- Produce reports as requested
- Filing and organizing documents
Qualifications:
- Recent Accounting / Business/ Finance graduate
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- 1-2 years of AR - Collections experience is an asset
- A quick learner, with recognition of accountability.
- Team player containing the ability to work independently as well as in a team
- A driven individual with sense of ownership
- Deadline drive and work with strong attention to detail
- Strong MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
