OVERVIEW

We are looking for an organized, skilled, and established private chef who can provide customized nutritious meals for our client and their office staff. This candidate will be responsible for all provisioning, cooking, and cleaning. This is a full-time position where flexibility is required.

CHEF ROLE:

• Provides the following healthy meal accommodations: Homemade, VERY MINIMAL CARB/Keto friendly Grab and Go breakfast, Family Style Lunch (guests to help themselves), and prepared foods to be delivered to the owner's home a few minutes away from the office.
• Responsible for providing input on the state of the art of the kitchen in the client's new office, to service staff and guests. Build of the new office to be completed in approximately 1 year.
• Can prepare spins of healthier versions of traditional food favourites
• Focuses on the preparation of nutritious meals when the owner is travelling
• Prepares meals using locally sourced high-quality products from small farms. The owner can provide lists of sources and food purveyors.
• Should have up-to-date knowledge of how nutrition supports health and be able to accommodate different requests such as to help count/inform the owner how many points each meal is worth so the client understands what he can eat throughout the day.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driving license
• Clean criminal record
• Communication and planning with catering chef for events in advance
• Must be team oriented

SCHEDULE

• Office: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
• Grab and Go is available from 8:30 AM
• Lunch is approximately 12:30 PM-1 PM
• The schedule may change accordingly if the chef is required to cook for special events on the weekend
• Two weeks time off that is discussed with the client

Salary: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
