We are looking for an energetic Corporate Management Trainee with sales and management skills, and strong work ethic who is interested in starting a career at Guillevin International.
Main Responsibilities:
· The Corporate Management Trainee program is a 3 year program to prepare select candidates for the position of Business Center Manager.
· The training consists of warehouse operations, administrative duties, sales and management
· Develop relationships with key operations vendors
· Work closely with the management team to implement policies, procedures, and systems
· Know and understand all our system functionalities
· Reflect the core values of the profit center and the company by acting and managing in a professional and ethical manner, in accordance with our Company’s Policies and Procedures
· Engage in continued personal and professional development, and inspire employees to follow suit
· Play a key role in our annual inventory and reconciliation
· Manage inventory adjustments throughout the year
· Process monthly ship and debit rebates
· Support and train the team in all system and operational functions
· Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and vendor trainings
Requirements:
· Ability to build relationships among managers, employees, and partners
· Excellent communication skills
· Some understanding of financial management
· Ability to address problems and opportunities for the company
· Advanced computer skills and knowledge
· Dependable, organized and deadline oriented
· High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Stress tolerance
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
