WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO

• Provide guests with a seamless experience from check-in to check-out
• Manage and EXCEED their expectations
• Share your KNOWLEDGE of Whistler and its surroundings
• SUPPORT the wider team and enhance the overall guest experience – ski/bike/car valet, luggage handling, room deliveries, reservation calls
• Approach an uncomfortable situation in a CONFIDENT and PROFESSIONAL manner
• Step up in the absence of the Front Office Manager
• Provide LEADERSHIP and TRAINING to new recruits
• Familiarize yourself with the hotels Emergency & Crisis procedures

WHAT YOU BRING

• KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE – preferably 2–3 years as a people person and leader
• Professionalism, passion, and a DAZZLING personality
• Energetic and supportive attitude toward our business, our guests, and our environment
• PROGRESSIVE and forward-thinking attitude – always looking for ways to improve the overall guest experience
• Open, honest, and respectful communication – an all-around TEAM PLAYER
• Multi-tasking proficiency, and effortless ability to prioritize
• JUMPS into a challenging situation
• Supercomputer skills – MS Office, and property management systems
• Bilingual is a bonus!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.45-$22.47 per hour
