Responsibilities:

• Maintain a sharp Knife
• Cut pork primal cuts for further cutting, processing or packaging using a trimming knife
• Remove bones from pork using a boning knife
• Ability to lift up to 15kgs

Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Training available!
• Experience using a knifes an asset but not necessary
• Must be willing to do over-time when applicable
• Attention to detail
• Must have 6" CSA approved safety shoes
