We are currently seeking a Mobile Hearing Assistant to accompany our Hearing Providers while providing hearing testing to low barrier facilities located in Vancouver and the Lower mainland.
No experience necessary. We will train the right individual. Successful candidates will be personable, reliable, organized, and fully capable of working independently. Candidates must hold a drivers license and have their own vehicle. Transportation to and from clinics is the responsibility of employee. Work travel km are compensated.
The specific responsibilities include:
- Clinic scheduling- Booking and re-booking clinics. Taking initiative to keep the schedule full and efficiently booked.
- Intake of client information
- Educating clients on how to clean and maintain their hearing aids.
- Manage and maintain accurate client records
- Clerical - computer entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, paperwork completion and management especially third party.
- Maintaining stock and supplies.
Must be able to work Monday - Thursday

Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
