TELEPHONE FUNDRAISER

Fundraising Direct is a marketing and fundraising agency based in Montreal. At FD, we work with incredible and game-changing charities and non-profits like UNICEF Canada, the Canadian Red Cross, Médecins sans Frontières (Doctors without Borders), Greenpeace, and World Wildlife Fund, just to name a few.

If you answered yes to the questions above, we have the position for you! We are seeking individuals who are highly proficient in English and/or French. Ideally you would have 1+ year of call center, sales, or face-to-face fundraising experience, although this is not required.

SCHEDULING & AVAILABILITY

Full-time

Must be available to work 33 hours per week for full time.

Core shifts are Monday-Friday, 1:30-5:00 pm / 5:30-9:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am-1:30 pm / 2:00-5:30 pm

50% of shifts must be scheduled during evenings and/or weekends.

Part-time:

Must be available to work 21 hours per week for part time.

Core shifts are Monday-Friday, 1:30-5:00 pm / 5:30-9:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am-1:30 pm / 2:00-5:30 pm

TECHNOLOGY REQUIRED

Candidates must have their own personal laptop or PC equipped with Windows 10 or 11, access to high-speed internet, and a wired headset with a USB connection and a microphone. Internet speeds must be 40+mbps download, 20+mbps upload, and less than 20 ping. You can visit speedtest.net to check your speeds.

Please note that at the present time we cannot accept candidates who work on iMac, MacBooks, or Google Chromebooks. You MUST have a PC with Windows Operating System. We also can't accept candidates using Windows on a Mac or Chromebook.

Disponibilité et heures de travail

Poste à temps plein:

33 heures par semaine

Les quarts de travail principaux sont du lundi au vendredi, de 13 h 30 à 17 h / 17 h 30 à 21 h 00 et le samedi de 10 h 00 à 13 h 30 / 14 h 00 à 17 h 30.

50% des quarts de travail doivent être programmés le soir et / ou le week-end.
