Senior Homecare By Angels is hiring a multitasking office professional to work as part of a team handling scheduling for clients and employees, client inquiries and general office duties. Must love seniors and have excellent computer skills and a winning phone persona. We require a mature team player to answer phones, schedule care staff, handle filing and be one of the first point of contact for clients. You will be required to schedule interviews for potential employees with appropriate qualifications. Maintain computer schedules and ensure timely data entry for schedules and client information. Maintain positive relationships with clients, staff, and referral sources.
The successful candidate will have:
- a home computer or I-pad- Not a Remote Position
- drive a dependable vehicle and have a good knowledge of the Edmonton area.
- a clean criminal record check with the vulnerable persons sector marked.
- an aptitude for learning proprietary programs.
- Excellent English both written and verbal.
- availability for occasional on call after hours phone duties
- 3 professional references
- Must be currently located in the Edmonton Area.
- Previous scheduling experience a must
- Healthcare setting scheduling a asset.
