JOB SUMMARY: The Ontario Works Navigator reports to and works under the direction and supervision of the Ontario Works Director. The Navigator shall assist the Case Manager’s in the performance of statutory, operational and advisory service duties in relation to the Six Nations Ontario Works Department within the policies and procedures established by Six Nations of the Grand River.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- College certificate or diploma (preferably in an office administration, human resources or social services related program) with two (2) to four (4) years of related experience.
- Customer service skills, including working in a team environment, one-on-one and by telephone.
- Must have Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of Data Base Software
