GTA Home Health Care Simcoe County is dedicated to providing high quality, 24-hour Home Health care in Ontario. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Support Workers to assist our clients who require assistance in their homes. For this position we require a PSW who is willing to work in the Brechin and surrounding areas (Ramara, Lagoon City, Bayshore Villiage, maybe Orillia). Clients are 2-hours plus (At this time clients are usually 2-hours plus, this is subject to change, Some exceptions apply).

Home Support Workers Responsibilities: (All candidates must be willing and able to perform activities listed below, as well as any other duties that may be required):

- Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and companionship (ADL's).

- Meal preparation, Medication reminders, Light housekeeping, and Completing tasks as
required.

- Palliative care, Companionship

Requirements Include:

-Relevant work experience

-A Current (IN CLASS) CPR/AED/First Aid Certification; level C or HCP

-Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening with Criminal Check (Clear). Done by your local police station, Name based searches are not valid for this position.

-Two supervisory references related to your health care experience.

-Willing to travel and work in client’s homes

- Excellent attendance and punctuality

• We offer flexible work hours (Casual, Day, Night and Weekends shifts); no mandatory hour requirements, and competitive pay.
