Includes but is not limited to: New Sudbury, South End, Minnow Lake and Garson.

Personal Support Workers applying should be available to work day shifts (Ranging 7:00am - 5:00pm) with availability to work every second weekend.

Canadian Shield is in search of outgoing, kind and ambitious individuals to provide Clients in the above mentioned locations with a superior level of care on a Casual, Part-Time or Full-Time basis. Applicants will have the opportunity to gain work experience in Home Care with no to limited experience required! If you are new, or newly returning to the Health Care Field and are unsure of where to start, do not fear! You will have the opportunity to receive valuable training from the Company’s highly qualified team who will provide guidance and mentorship!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Health Care Certification: Personal Support Worker (PSW) Diploma or equivalent
• Criminal Record Check – Vulnerable Sector (valid within the year)
• Tuberculosis Test Step 1 & 2 (valid within two years)
• Access to a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license
