JOB DESCRIPTION
As podcast coordinator, you'll be working with our production team to get shows made from start to finish. This includes researching guests, scheduling recording sessions, creating social media assets, and more.
We are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual who thrives on working in a start-up, fast growing environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acting as main point of contact on daily emails with hosts, guests, and sponsors, to ensure everyone is in the loop.
- Coordinating and arranging schedules between multiple parties.
- Developing social media promo ideas
- Collaborating with team on creative concepts, show topics, and talking points
- Running and coordinating guest pre-production calls and preparing talking points for episodes.
- Conducting research and making recommendations as needed
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Supremely organized and able to manage multiple on-going projects
- Solid communicator both written and verbal
- Able to listen to a podcast and summarize in a simple and concise way
- Creative and collaborative, but also able to work independently
- Excellent with deadlines and task management
