Job description
Production Supervisor will be directly reporting to the Extrusion Manager. Must be able to do Rotating 12 hours continental shifts.
2 week rotation days to nights. (6-6)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operation of all presses for maximum output.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment for the production areas.
- Adhere to the daily production schedule to meet daily targets.
- Responsible to coach and motivate workers.
- Responsible for training of production personnel and operators.
- Analyze daily shift performance and use data to increase productivity and quality.
Requirement:
Post Secondary education required.
Previous extrusion industry background is a definite asset.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory role in manufacturing environment.
