Job Details:

• Coordinate and supervise a staff of unionized hourly employees to meet the immediate short-, and long-term objectives of the department.
• Ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing standards, policies, and regulations.
• Ensure plants are maintained to Irving standards.
• Ensure customer orders are met while maintaining quality.
• Must be willing to work a twelve (12) hour rotating shift work schedule
• Other duties as assigned

• The salary range for this role is between $55,000 and 65,000.

• Be willing & able to work and follow shift rotation – 12-hour shifts (4 shifts on & 4 shifts off)
