PRODUCTION Team - FT Position

As a part of our Production Team, you will be involved in producing and packaging our products, checking code dates and labels, maintaining clean work areas and have the opportunity to participate and share your ideas on employee teams (safety, planning, round tables, etc).

The hours of work are Monday-Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (4 x 10 hour shifts).

Some flexibility is required with start times and in the event of overtime.

Qualifications:

· A track record of meeting and exceeding productivity goals and quality standards

· Excellent attendance and a commitment to getting the job done

· Able to handle moderate to heavy lifting

· Self-assured and confident in a variety of settings

· Previous experience in a dairy or food processing facility and/or SQF/HACCP/ISO quality assurance systems would be an asset, but not required

· Must pass a drug test (excluding marijuana) and a criminal record check (both paid for by us)

· MUST have own transportation (start time is before transit available)

This position offers:

· Competitive wages, including paid training

· Incremental experience wage increases after 6 months and 12 months.

· 4 x 10-hour day work week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.75-$19.50 per hour
