Savanna Drilling Canada is searching for a Project Manager - Maintenance and Repair to join our team. As a Project Manager at Savanna, you will be responsible for coordination, supervision the repair and maintenance of engines, pumps and industrial equipment for Savanna Drilling Canada and USA. This position is based out of our Leduc, AB office.

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance and repairs of Savanna’s engines, pumps and industrial equipment to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
• Planning and overseeing the execution of project plans and schedules for engine repairs and maintenance
• Planning and coordinating internal and third-party trade resources such as mechanics, welders, electricians etc.
• Oversee quality control of work completed internally as well as 3rd party services and conducting onsite inspections
• Provide regular progress reports and maintain clear ongoing project communications with stakeholders

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Journeyman heavy duty license / Red Seal;
• Valid driver’s license;
• Experience working with industrial and diesel engines of major brands such as Cummings, Detroit Diesel and CAT engines
• A friendly, outgoing personality and ability to work with individuals, groups and other organizations;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to prioritize demands and workload;
• Full competency and mastery of their own work area and an independent problem solver and decision maker;
