Job Summary:
***This roles requires proven multifaceted Real Estate Administration experience with the ability to successfully navigate several listings concurrently and independently with precision plus the ability to work on site full-time***
This position requires a focused, self-starter with proven time management and prioritization skills along with a personal ownership to deliver quality results.

What will you do:
- Engage with the Client from the beginning of the sale to their closing along with maintaining the company brand experience beyond.
- Ensure that all listing/buying and administrative tasks are consistently completed with precision and thoroughness
- Quality control: overseeing daily tasks/priorities to prepare new listings to go on market and ensure existing listings are in top quality showing condition
- Prepare listing and buyer presentations, along with CMAs and draft offers
- Work closely with all associated parties (vendors, title companies, clients, listing/buyer agents on both sides of transactions, assistants, and various other team members).
- Take ownership of client issues elevating concerns as necessary to the Team Leader/CEO with recommendations
- Liaison between Real Estate Agents, Clients, lawyers, vendors and Mortgage Lenders during the process of a real estate transaction to ensure impeccable client engagement
- Serves as a company ambassador by delivering a high level of professionalism and quality by utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills and effective telephone techniques
- Responds to phone calls, emails, and website inquires professionally, and in a timely manner, ensuring key dates and actions are captured and tracked to completion
- As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for transitioning and implementing systems of operation to ensure all administrative tasks continue to be completed efficiently and to the highest standards with other support staff
What you bring to the table:
- A flexible schedule – recognizing that real estate can happen at any time, a flexible work schedule is expected including rotating evenings and weekends
- Licensed Realtor preferred
- Viewed as an expert in DocuSign, Broker Bay, Microsoft Office, Google Suite applications and popular Social Media platforms
- Proven track record of superior Customer Service and effective administrative skills (Project Management accreditation is a bonus)
- Impressive people skills with credible verbal and written communication skills
- Team player committed to accountability, transparency and getting the job done
- Coachable - willing to learn new skills and always wanting to improve upon existing skillset
- Interested in the long-term success of the business.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to easily travel when required
