MCA Wellness Clinic is a multidisciplinary health clinic in Toronto. Proudly serving the Beach since 2006. Dr. Erin L. Marjerrisonopened this clinic as an opportunity for like minded practitioners and receptionists/administrators to come together to inspire and empower people and our community as a whole. We do this through our service to our patients and to the community, encouraging awareness, education and growth to develop a plan for improving theirs and their loved ones functional health and adaptability.
Office Administrator/Receptionist - experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting an asset * Computer tasks including but not limited to, word, excell, Jane App\*\* (client management system) * Meeting and greeting clients. Excellent communication skills, initiative and multitasking with prioritization capabilities important. * Booking appointments. Managing mutliple practitioners schedules. * Managing client payments, invoicing etc. Opening and closing duties. * Keeping the reception and clinic areas tidy. Includes laundry for clinic. Light cleaning duties. * Answering and forwarding phone calls.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
