Now Hiring – Sales Lead
Salus Mutual Insurance Company has an exciting
opportunity for an experienced Sales Lead to join our growing team!
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Lead will primarily be responsible for providing technical support to all
agents and customer service representatives. The Sales Lead will address technical concerns between agents and
underwriters. This position must maintain working knowledge of business rules required for technical support. The
Sales Lead will assist in improving departmental operations, while contributing towards exploring, developing,
recommending, and implementing improvements to departmental processes and practices.

Position Requirements:
- Postsecondary education or equivalent training and work experience
- Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation, or completion of most CIP courses an asset
- Other Than Life (OTL) General Insurance Agent License
- Minimum five years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with insurance software
- Understanding of the mutual insurance system and its philosophy an asset
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation
