WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Spending approximately 70% of your shift on production and 30% on sanitation activities
• Working on our production line to fulfill daily orders not completed on day shift
• Take apart various areas of the production line for cleaning for sanitization, washdown and clean all parts of the production line using air, high pressure water, foamers and various chemicals
• Clean floors, remove debris and garbage throughout the plant
• Ensure proper protective equipment (PPE) is always worn while working
• Follows all applicable Sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOP’s)
• Follow all applicable occupational health and safety and food safety procedures

WHO YOU ARE

· Independent worker

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment

· Good hand eye coordination

· Previous experience in the food production industry an asset

· Good command of the English language is an asset
