- This position supports our client site located at Mildred Lake, on a 14x14 continuous shift rotation
- Starting Wage of $32.02 - $41.88 / hr + Field Allowance
- 12% Regional Wage Allowance
- $300 / year Boot Allowance

- $1000 / month Housing Allowance (available for candidates residing in Fort McMurray)
- Camp available for non-local candidates
During the apprenticeship, successful applicant will work closely with a Parts/Warehouse job shadow to learn all aspects of the business. Including Supply Chain/Warehousing, Procurement, Transportation, Warranty, Cores and credits and Parts Sales Front counter and Shop.

Job Description:
- Take orders from customers on site.
- Utilize CAT SIS 2.0 and other tools to determine and sell the parts our customers require to repair and maintain their equipment.
- Participate in all Teams Meetings with the Regional Parts Manager.
- Active engagement of the Finning Safety Culture.
- Count parts at customer site and record the count of each SKU.
- Deliver parts to the customer site and fill the designated locations.
- Drive a Finning truck to customer site, ensuring truck inspections are completed as required.
- Pickup parts from our Mildred Lake location, drawing support from the supply chain team to stage and load.
- work with the PSSR at each location, championing customer service excellence.

- Computer literacy is essential. Microsoft Office package knowledge is essential
- Ability to successfully work under minimal supervision
- Self motivated and Positive attitude
- Ability to Prioritize and Multi-task
- TDG, WHMIS and forklift certification are required and training will be provided.
- Ability to operate an overhead crane (training will be provided).
- Previous parts, warehouse, and front counter experience
Education & Experience:
- Clean Drivers’ Abstract
- Successful completion of First Year Parts Apprenticeship
- 3 – 5 years previous experience working with customer sales, parts and/or warehouse is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Safety focused team player
- Computer proficiency with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package. Specifically Excel, Word and Outlook

- This is a safety sensitive position and requires the ability to pass Customer Site required screening.

* WHMIS, TDG, and Fist Aid Certification will be required upon hire *
