Service Advisor/ Manager Job at CAR CENTRAL
Overview:
Car Central is looking for a Service Advisor/ Manager to join our growing team. The Service Advisor is responsible for building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring the dealership provides each customer with a personalized service experience. They are responsible for scheduling, creating work orders and providing advice regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs.
As a Service Advisor you act as the liaison between the customer and the technician. This requires exceptional customer service, communication skills, multitasking, handling tight deadlines and following proper policies and procedures.
The Service Advisor upholds the dealerships’ standards and values to ensure the customer is satisfied throughout the entire process and return for routine maintenance.
As a member of our team, it is important the Service Advisor develops strong relationships with all personnel in the dealership including our sales team.
Experience & Qualifications
- A thorough understanding of automotive mechanical fundamentals
- Ability to sell required maintenance
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Experience working in dealerships or auto shop environment
- Valid Ontario drivers license
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Barrie, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
