Our client is a large, consulting firm that works with various Fortune 100 clients across many industries. They are currently looking to add a ServiceNow QA to their team to work on exciting, long term projects with their clients. This is a remote role that will be within the Banking domain.

ServiceNow QA:

A ServiceNow QA on a contract basis (6 month to start) who possess the following skills below.

  • Experience in ServiceNow Test automated framework (ATF)– should have automated at least couple of regression suites
  • Incident, problem, change, CMDB, asset, service catalogue.
  • Expanding into GRC and Service Portal design
  • Ability to use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools)
  • Worked on testing Service Now platform upgrades/patches
  • Responsible for analyzing functional requirements needed for Quality Testing
