We are a boutique real estate team looking for a Digital Content Creator and Social Media Specialist. We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, tech savvy Social Media & Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and able and willing to learn new skills. This position will require someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing procedures and fundamentals. This position is an important role of the overall team and will be an active contributor to the continuing success of the business.

Real Estate experience is a plus but not required. If you are a big picture thinker who thrives on a fast-paced and collaborative environment, this is the role for you. We are accepting full-time applicants. We offer a competitive salary and are eager to hear from you.

Job duties & qualifications include:

• Social Media marketing including education in marketing preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite
• Min 2 years of experience with marketing; print/digital etc
• Skills to project manage efficiently and effectively while meeting critical deadlines
• Ability to produce results independently while maintaining a positive team environment
• Provide highly responsive support to clients and team members
• Manage marketing for each project/listing
• Consult and coordinate with sellers regarding property photos, staging, signage and marketing activities
• Prepare marketing materials such as feature sheets, flyers, neighbourhood reports and post cards
• Manage website and all social media accounts
• Working knowledge of Publisher or Adobe Illustrator an asset
• Capture content for reels, posts, stories for various social media platforms
• Maintains and organizes client and business contact lists
• Schedules meetings, presentations and seminars
• Assists with business development related initiatives
• Oversee photography management for online social media platforms and marketing assets
• Have a working knowledge in graphic design and use of programs like Canva

Office is based near Lougheed Mall and tools and office equipment will be provided. We have wonderful growing team and look forward to hiring our next team member to participate in our expansion.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
