Quinte and District Rehabilitation provides therapy for a diverse client population in their home settings. Our clients are located throughout Hastings and Prince Edward Counties (Belleville, Picton, Trenton and Bancroft). We work collaboratively with clients and caregivers to deliver responsive, accessible, integrated, client centred care through the Home and Community Care Support Services program.
We are located along the Bay of Quinte. Our area offers a smaller town sense of community with all the amenities of a bigger city. We have an abundance of parks, trails and waterfront areas supporting active lifestyles. It is also a thriving arts and cultural community, with something for everyone.
We are looking for a Social Worker to join our innovative and dynamic multidiscipline team of therapists. You will be working with adults.

Qualifications
- · Masters or Bachelors (with experience) of Social Work degree
- · You must be registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers
- · A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
