This includes two Canadian Customs Brokers, a US Customs Broker, a management group, a thoroughbred horse company, a Freight Management company, a graphics company, a bar and grill, and a property management company.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be joining us at an exciting time as we work on our new client portal.
• You will help map client data to our internal and operating systems.
• You will implement EDI solutions between clients and ourselves.
• You will help us research and explore new technologies to solve challenges.
• You will be a key part of meetings and discussions with our clients and partners.
• You will show ownership over whatever you build.

Required Skills:

• Passionate about building things and technology.
• Excited about planning, building, deploying and integrating software projects.
• Able to plan projects including requirements gathering and software architecture
• Great at communicating, with good interpersonal skills, and willing to interact with clients.
• Experienced or interested in topics including:

--Database technologies like MS SQL Server and MongoDB

--Cloud functions in AWS or MongoDB Cloud

--EDI standards and platforms (ANSI X12, XML, APIs, Boomi, CData, AWS Transfer Family, AS2)

--Supply chain and the transportation and logistics industry
