What you will do:

Responsible for drafting, providing detailed review, and amending all commercial agreements for Tidal Energy Marketing and Aux Sable’s various standardized and non-standard energy agreements.

Drafts, negotiates, reviews, amends, and ensures execution, management and retention of natural gas contracts, physical power agreements, RNG agreements and financial derivative agreements.

Ensures Aux Sable’s contracts are developed, negotiated, administered, implemented and retained in accordance with established Enbridge policies and procedures and owner-operator documents.

Coordinates and reviews SharePoint database of all contractual documents issued for execution in an organized and up-to-date manner to enable control of document flow; assist in the timely execution of documents; assists in follow up on outstanding matters to facilitate retrieval and reference.

Provides backup to Advisor Contract Administration in preparing documents for execution and recording of documents in Openlink and Sharepoint and initiates and monitors processes to increase efficiencies.

Organizes and performs Weekly or Monthly Priorities meetings with the Business Divisions to ensure clear understanding of the requests.

Works together with the Front Office and Risk Control supporting compliance to Enbridge’s risk policies and SOX controls.
Who you are:

University degree or college diploma in business / commerce or related work experience.

6 or more years of relevant experience.

Ability to work well together within a team environment.
