Requirements:
- Lead day sightseeing tours to various locations in the Yukon region.
- Provide commentary and information on the history, culture and natural features of the area.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.
- Answer guest questions and provide recommendations for local restaurants, activities and attractions.
- Maintain a clean and organized tou vehicle.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer services to guests.
Skills:
- 2 years experience as a tour guide is preferable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Valid driver’s license Class 4 and clean driving record.
- Negative Drug test.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese is preferable.
