You will build relationships with stakeholders throughout the company, establishing a strong UX presence and emphasizing user experience design. Responsibilities

• Drive UX excellence for web applications, and discover opportunities for further research, improvement, and innovation

• Be involved from end-to-end in the design process, all the way from inception to the implementation of UI

• Plan and conduct focus test sessions, gather user data and inform the team of this valuable research.

• Seek out and leverage the insights of our focus tests and user research to inform your product designs.

• Shape and evangelize UX standards that help the company create a consistent, quality experience for all users across browser and mobile applications.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows while ensuring that iterative feedback is incorporated into the software application.

• Deliver final UI mockups that follow the existing style of the application.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience delivering innovative results in web and mobile UI/UX design

• Expert in process flow development, journey mapping, mobile design best practices, rapid prototyping, and user requirements analysis

• Previous experience designing for mobile apps

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Knowledge of standard UX design tools (like Sketch, Marvel, Adobe CC)

• Proficient in creating UI elements and mockups

• Proven portfolio showing an ability to manage diverse styles and design for mobile

• Previous experience with the development and shipment of web/mobile applications is an asset

• Understanding of production pipelines for web UI assets.
