Armor People Link is looking to hire general labor associates for our client based out at Mississauga.Our client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions with more than 300 locations in over 100 countries. They distribute products such as Dyson products, protein bars & powder, energy drinks, baby food, vacuum products etc.
Location: 401 and Mavid Road in Mississauga
Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Shift: 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Pay rate: $15.50 -$16.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
Overtime will be paid after 44 hours
Pay is paid on weekly basis

Job responsibilities include but not limited to are below:
Responsible for order picking (RF Scanning); sorting, picking, packaging, labeling, auditing, quality inspection.
Prepare orders by picking, packing, wrapping and labeling product
Some positions require computer literacy to train and operate WMS and Purolator software's for shipping out the products
Ensure the company's Health and Safety and Operational efficiencies are met
Actively communicate with supervisors and operators to effectively handle material and notify them of problems/concerns
Stack skids or pallets in designated areas.
Clean up and dispose of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping and place in proper containers or designated areas
Promote a clean, safe and positive work environment.
Requirements:
Associate must be able to read, write and speak english language
Ability to work Monday through Friday and some weekend as per the client over-time requirements
Must be legally eligible to work full-time minimum 40 hours on legal credentials
Ability to pass the Background check
Associate must be comfortable with frequent bending, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
CSA approved steel-toed safety boots are required on site
