As a Cellular Retail Sales Representative CSR Support, you will assist TELUS Mobility customers with the activation and renewal of their accounts as well as provide BearCom clients with the best Wireless Communication solution that fits their needs. In this role, the sales representative must be a team player, have a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outstanding customer service to our clients
• Assist clients in finding the most suitable wireless communications solutions
• Activate/Renew TELUS Mobility accounts
• Provide Fleet Tracking solutions
• Work with a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed personal/store targets
• Assist with some social media advertising
• Reception duties including answering and responding to customer calls and emails
• Scheduling in-shop and on-site service repairs for our technical team
• Inputting, updating and invoicing customer sales orders and ensuring the terms of major contracts are adhered to
• Responsible for shipping and receiving, verifying packing slips and data entry
• Quality control for inventory management for all orders being processed, verifying accuracy of orders and/or products being received or shipped
• Tracking open orders & shipments via phone, online vendor software, internet, etc.
• Assist customers with inquiries for products and services, repair and order status with the ability to troubleshoot issues and complaints

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience is a plus, Cellular preferred
• Positive attitude
• Team Player
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communications skills
• An interest in learning new technologies
• Class 5 driver’s license preferred
