Some of our Large and mid size clients in Calgary, Toronto, Burlington, Kitchener, Barrie,Vancouver, Vernon, Edmonton and Saskatoon are looking for some Corporate Commercial Lawyers for their busy Practices.
The ideal candidates will be involved in Corporate organizations and re-organizations, structured financings and private placements, business acquisitions and dispositions, and in drafting and negotiating all manner of general corporate and commercial agreements.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of related experience in private practice and will bring to the table good business instincts, excellent drafting and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to handle files independently and as part of a team. These positions offer an excellent life-work balance.
