**Pride Marine Group is seeking a full-time permanent Customer Service Representative for our Rosseau, Muskoka location**

What You'll Do

• Create, update and assign work orders
• Use a menu selling approach when quoting customers
• Provide excellent service for both retail and internal customers
• Communication with service team and customers
• Schedule technicians while being mindful of delivery timeline expectations
• Proactively sell and schedule routine maintenance
• Ensure appropriate levels of customer communication
• Clear communication with customers regarding expectations and quotes
• Handle customer complaints as they arise, escalating to the appropriate individual as deemed necessary
• Collect payment upon completion of work
• Maintain zero dollars in accounts receivable over 30 days
• Refer potential sales leads to Location Manager
• Achieve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) target
• Work with Location Manager to achieve budget goals
• Work as a team with all Crewmembers
• Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures
• All other duties as assigned

What We'd Like From You

• 2 to 4 years customer service experience in the automotive or marine industry considered an asset
• Able to work irregular hours during peak periods including weekends
