Job Responsibilities:

• Must have a passion for service and helping others
• Engage with guests and team members in a warm, courteous and professional manner
• Must work along with servers to support restaurant operations
• Clean, stock, organize flatware, silverware, glassware and fold napkins efficiently as per guidelines
• Clean and set up dining room as per luxury standards, pay attention to detail while cleaning tables, brushing chairs, polishing silverware and flatware
• Table set up as per standard guidelines
• Take care of company property, equipment and inform managers about any damages or maintenance requirement
• Must learn Food and Beverage Menu and be able to explain dishes correctly to the guests
• Expedite and run food to the tables as and when required
• Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Performs opening and closing duties, as needed
• Assists servers and bussers with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking silverware, flatware and folding napkins
• Helps team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
• Other duties as assigned
• Create and maintain a safe work environment for the team and a safe dining space for guests, and ensure to inform manager for any maintenance follow ups
• Must be able to carry/lift weight of at least 25 LBs and stand/walk for the duration of shift
