Our Systemair facility located in Tillsonburg Ontario is the manufacturing center of commercial air handling units (AHU) for North America.

Our clean, air-conditioned plant along with state-of-the-art equipment (Prima Power Servo-Electric Press Brakes, Shear/Punch Combi w/ fully automated coil and sheet loading and finished part stacking equipment) and family like atmosphere provides a safe, comfortable and friendly work environment.

General Labourers - we currently have opportunities to join our manufacturing team in various areas of production, building electrical components, metal fabrication, piping, warehouse and general labour.

We offer bright, clean, quiet work settings and inclusive and positive culture.

Pay scale $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience. Contract and full time positions available.

Shifts available:

Days -Monday – Thursday 7am – 4:30pm & Friday 7am-11am

Afternoons- Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 3:00am

After 3 months probationary period we offer competitive group insurance benefits and RRSP employer contribution plan.

What are we looking for:

• Self-motivated individuals able to work safely with minimal supervision
• Reliable and punctual with good work ethics
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Previous experience in assembly, welding, metal fabrication, picking/packing parts is welcome
• Previous experience in working with small tools and building things is welcome
• No manufacturing experience? No problem, we will train you
