Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Order Desk Representative is responsible for working directly with sales, production staff, and applicable processes utilized in the means and facilitation of production, shipping, and procurement of goods and services. Along with its expectation of quality product, understand service is paramount to our customers. All management and staff will be held accountable.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Comply with all Company Health, Safety, & Quality Policies.

· Participate in any associated training, processes and procedures in accordance to documented internal standards.

· Generate/coordinate sales orders to shipment, complimenting other related functions within our organization.

· Generate/coordinate Stock Transfers to and from multiple branch locations.

· Generate/coordinate related purchase orders to support all functions as required.

· Ensure all paperwork is complete, concise, and accurate to documented procedures to ensure “first–pass” success.

· Work directly with the Shop Forman to ensure assembly and repair staff are held accountable to productivity, accuracy, and quality expectations for product and its timeliness to applicable documented, internal standards.

· Mentor/direct all staff in best practices for all processes/procedures, both documented and un-documented.

· Actively take part as a lead in the “On-Call” rotation.

· Assist and actively mentor all staff accountable knowing continual visibility and growth is paramount.

· Assist in Non-Conformance Report (NCR) meetings, investigations, actions, and resolutions.

Qualification Requirements

· Experience in an Inside Sales or Purchasing position within the Oil & Gas Industry

· Strong understanding of wellhead and frac related products, services, processes, and equipment requirement including maintenance.

· Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.

· Must be able to interact effectively and work comfortably with both field and local management staff

· Basic computers skills (Microsoft Office Suite an asset)

· Fluent in English, must communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

· High level of commitment to exceptional customer service

· Requires a self-motivated team player, capable of managing multiple priorities in a changing environment

· Ability to work both individually and in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
