LearnFormula is a like a Netflix for Continuing Education. We operate as a continuing education marketplace for regulated professions such as Accounting, Law, HR and Enginering offering continuing education through videos and podcasts.

LearnFormula is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Instructor Sales Manager to join our team. You'll learn a lot and meet really interesting people. Advancement in the fast growing company is possible and we promote only from within.

As a successful Teacher/Instructor Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to convince as many instructors as possible to run a podcast with us, or to build a course. Your role will depend on facilitating the process of course/podcast creation from start to finish. Your day-to-day activities will include finding and contacting instructors, working through course approvals, and managing instructor relationships. A successful candidate will be organized and outgoing!

An excellent candidate for this position will possess:

• A post-secondary education in a related field
• An ability to build relationships that exceeds client expectations
• Successful background in education and/or account management or project management, with a strong focus on interpersonal skills and sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to multitask
• A passion for working with different people of all ages and backgrounds
• A professional, enthusiastic, flexible, and energetic demeanour

We're all currently working remote with some possible training sessions happening in our office at: 7191 Yonge Street, Markham, Ontario. An ideal candidate will be located in Ontario but will not require to visit the office regularly.
