We're looking for a Leadership Development Consultant who expects more from their career. As the L&D Consultant for Leadership, Team and Personal Development (Global), you will have a ground-up opportunity to reimagine, shape, create and deliver distinctive learning experiences that enables our colleagues develop and increase their leadership and management skills and have a direct impact on dunnhumby's growth ambitions. In addition, you will work with the Americas (Region) leadership to create learning plans by identifying the regional learning and development needs and supporting the delivery of to meet those needs.
