Your Impact
As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will help us build a world-class recruitment function as we look to double our team size in 2023. This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll partner with our Head of People Ops across each department to help define and execute on our talent acquisition strategy. You’ll have a team of two Talent Acquisition Specialists to support and mentor as they execute on our hiring forecast and special projects.
You’ll develop a great sense of our business as you partner with Hiring Managers to also recruit talent with a history of high performance. You’ll implement best practices ensuring our recruitment processes are valid and reliable while balancing efficiency and effectiveness. You will also champion candidate experience and establish yourself as a subject matter expert across Plooto.
Metrics matter so you will continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of your recruitment team. You’ll drive Talent Acquisition OKRs & KPIs to success, ensuring you and the team meet and exceed time-to-fill, interview success rates, response rates and diversity of pipelines.

Your Background
You’ve been an integral part of designing and owning Talent Acquisition at fast-growing, high performing companies. Your peers know you as a strong collaborator and communicator who is driven by data. You’re hands-on, comfortable with recruitment tools and have managed an ATS in the past. As a voracious reader you continuously study learning programs and understand what companies like Bridgewater, Amazon or Netflix have implemented. You know OKRs extremely well and can work independently, drawing a roadmap and executing on it with minimal supervision. With strong project management skills, your process improvements and hires are delivered on time without sacrificing quality.
